01 Introduction

Welcome to AbgSpin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between AbgSpin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and you ("the User", "the Player", "you", "your") in connection with your registration, access, and use of the AbgSpin online gaming platform accessible at https://abgspin.cam (the "Site").

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the AbgSpin platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account wallet, including both deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Deposited Funds" means real money transferred by the Player into their Account via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Platform" means the AbgSpin website, mobile site, software, games, and all associated services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gambling is illegal or restricted by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "We / Us / AbgSpin" means the operator of the AbgSpin platform.
• "You / Player / User" means any individual who accesses or registers on the AbgSpin platform.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with AbgSpin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by AbgSpin or any affiliated responsible gambling programme.
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from the AbgSpin platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification

AbgSpin employs a multi-stage age verification process. At registration, users are required to self-declare their date of birth. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, all Accounts must complete full KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent) along with proof of address not older than three months.

04 Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each Player is strictly permitted to hold one Account on the AbgSpin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is expressly prohibited. AbgSpin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are responsible for notifying AbgSpin promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting support via live chat or the email address listed in Section 15 of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. AbgSpin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login information.

You must notify AbgSpin immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. AbgSpin may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of a reported security breach.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

AbgSpin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

Withdrawal Processing

AbgSpin targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. AbgSpin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.

Currency

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a Player opts to use a cryptocurrency channel, in which case an MYR equivalent will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. AbgSpin does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

AbgSpin offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, VIP tier rewards, referral bonuses, and crypto deposit bonuses. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Applicable wagering requirements will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• AbgSpin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• The 2% crypto deposit bonus applies to qualifying cryptocurrency deposits and is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit equivalent to MYR 30. Maximum bonus per qualifying deposit is MYR 688.

07 Gameplay Rules

AbgSpin offers casino games, live dealer tables, and sportsbook markets. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all product verticals:

Casino and Slots

All random number generator (RNG) based games are tested and certified by independent third-party testing agencies. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-term statistical averages and individual session results may vary significantly. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

Live Dealer

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the result of any completed round will stand. AbgSpin will not be liable for losses arising from a Player's internet connection issues during live play.

Sportsbook

Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international fixtures. Odds are subject to change up to the moment an event commences. AbgSpin reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds. In-play bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each market.

System Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical fault that results in the display of incorrect game outcomes, balances, or odds, AbgSpin reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore affected Account balances to their pre-error state. AbgSpin will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players promptly.

08 Responsible Gambling

AbgSpin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity. These tools are available at no charge from within every registered Account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current session and net win/loss position.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be used for wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their account may submit a self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent account closure. AbgSpin will not accept re-registration from a self-excluded Player.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the AbgSpin platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting others in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or technical errors for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Placing bets or wagers for the purpose of money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Engaging in offensive, threatening, or abusive conduct toward AbgSpin staff or other platform users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the AbgSpin platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game titles, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of AbgSpin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of AbgSpin.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AbgSpin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

AbgSpin does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from unauthorised access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

In no event shall AbgSpin's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

AbgSpin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from a Player's financial institution.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon Account closure, AbgSpin will return any verified Deposited Funds (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Amendments

AbgSpin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Site or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your Account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. AbgSpin makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside its intended market.

Players are responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the AbgSpin platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. AbgSpin accepts no liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
